Delicious high protein Golden Syrup Pancakes
WHEN TO USE
- After training and between meals.
- Upon waking and before bedtime.
- Recommended no more than 3 x 50g servings per day.
HOW TO USE
- Mix 3 level scoops (50g) with 75ml of milk or water
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Add the mixture to the pan in 2 pancakes and cook on both sides till brown
- Serve with your favourite toppings or eat as they are
