WHEN TO USE

    • After training and between meals.
    • Upon waking and before bedtime.
    • Recommended no more than 3 x 50g servings per day.

HOW TO USE

    • Mix 3 level scoops (50g) with 75ml of milk or water
    • Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Add the mixture to the pan in 2 pancakes and cook on both sides till brown
    • Serve with your favourite toppings or eat as they are
